What you need:
- Skate board fit to the size of your feet
- Appropriate foot wear (eg. Not jandals or bear feet)
- Flat surface (eg. Wood/concrete)
Instructions:
- Stand on your board with your right foot on the tail of your board and your left foot about 30cm away from the other foot.
- Once you are in position push down with your right foot and slide your other foot up to the nose of the deck.
- Practice this a few times and then do it faster and you will get air
Congratulations you have learnt to Ollie a skateboard.

I love the way you are teaching people how to do something Acea, what a great thing!
ReplyDeleteHow long do you think it would take someone to be able to learn this?
Why do people need to avoid wearing bear feet and where would I be able to get bear feet to put on (or did you mean bare feet)?
